I work in the NHS so have to wash my hands on a regular basis as well as using anti bacterial hand gel. I have 2 dogs and enjoy gardening so my hands get a bit of rough treatment. I have numerous hand creams dotted about the house and I keep this one by my bed to apply every night. I'm not a fan of almond but the smell is mild and delicious. The texture is quite rich and luxurious so I find that it doesn’t soak in very well. Therefore I use it as a night cream and wake up with lovely soft hands in the morning.
